Duravex expands precision forming with Salvagnini panel bender
Duravex has installed a Salvagnini P2 panel bender at its Louisa facility, expanding its ability to produce precision sheet metal panels and enclosures.
The P2 automatically positions and rotates parts through multiple bends, using adaptive controls to compensate for variations in material thickness and strength. Automatic tooling adjustments reduce setup work between compatible parts, while controlled handling helps protect surface finishes.
For customers, this means greater flexibility for complex panel designs and more efficient production of repeat parts. The investment expands Duravex’s forming capacity and supports consistent fit during assembly.
